Refund policy
Simone Rocha operates a 14-day return and/or exchange policy upon receipt of your order. To qualify for a full return, all items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse refunds should the returned merchandise fail to meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning any item. Return shipping fees are set at £15 for the UK, £20 for Europe, and £30 for ROW. With the exception of the UK and EU member countries, original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Faulty Items
In the event that an item is received damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide sufficient information and photographic evidence to be eligible for a refund. Please email mountstreet@simonerocha.com and be sure to include your name and order number for reference.
Please note that we are unable to offer repairs for Crocs products.
Discounted Items
Items discounted at more than 50% off can be exchanged, but are not eligible for a refund.
In-store Purchases
We are pleased to offer exchanges or a 6-month credit note for items purchased in our London store, provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by a valid receipt.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or payment using a credit note. This does not affect your statutory rights.
EU Right of Withdrawal
